Though I have taken several career detours in my life, in my heart, I have always been a writer. Having always had a passion for writing, I now hope to embark upon my own writing career.
Expertise I have gained recent experience as a content writer of articles about medical practice management, digital marketing, and patient education. Such writing requires me to be detail oriented and to write concisely using search engine optimization techniques in writing. Prior to my current field, I also worked as a social research associate for various cancer research studies at university’s school of medicine for seven years. In that role, I read scientific information and medical information and wrote content based on scientific principles for professional and lay audiences, including study recruitment materials and procedural manuals. In recent years, in order to enhance my knowledge of clinical research and medicine, I earned a certificate in Clinical Trials Management and also completed courses in Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology I and II, and Legal and Ethical Issues in Healthcare.
